UCSJ NOTE:
Jewish.ru. reported today that Lev Leviev--the main funder of FEOR--has promised to fund the construction of a new synagogue on land allocated by the city administration. There is no information in the report about the Tajik government financially compensating the community for the destruction of their synagogue.
